**About Us**:
We are excited to announce SimpsInns’ latest project as we re-open the doors to one of Ayrshire’s most iconic venues, Si, as you have never seen before

We have been busy at work recreating all areas of this fantastic venue, starting with the beautifully refurbished (and completely reimagined) ground floor, now known as The Potting Shed at Si

Offering O.T.T artisan brunches, stone-baked Neapolitan pizzas, tapas, delicious coffee and much more, The Potting Shed is the ideal place to chill out with friends, catch up with colleagues or kick-back on your lonesome and enjoy a good feeding Complete with funky sheds, tons of soft seating and a revamped outdoor area and groovy music, The Potting Shed is the epitome of a chilled out, trendy venue.

Upstairs, plans are well underway with developing the bar space, rooftop terrace and the dining area which will offer an alternative dining experiencemore on that later

**The Role**:

- Ensure the smooth running of an effective and efficient team, through management of team training and scheduling of their rotas
- Help alongside the Duty Manager Operations Manager, carrying out team training and development
- Work closely with the Duty Manager, Operations Manager and Head Chef to ensure quality of food and service is delivered at all times
- . Ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
- Help manage health and safety and food hygiene, ensuring there is strict compliance with all legislation
- . Understands the importance of stock control and can effectively contribute towards reducing wastage

**The Individual**:
We are looking for a unique individual, someone who understands true hospitality and excellent customer service and puts it at the heart of everything they do.
- Minimum one years’ experience in a fast-paced restaurant / coffee shop at a similar level
- Is passionate about providing great service and serving fantastic food with a comprehensive understanding of the food and beverage we offer
- Able to problem solve and provide solutions
- Able to communicate effectively
- Proven people management, coaching and team building skills
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation.
- Good financial awareness with a full understanding of food and beverage revenue streams and controls, including POS familiarity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
