With major investment agreed, and a culture of innovation, the opportunity for driving large scale improvement is huge as the ICP undergoes an extensive programme of Urgent and Emergency Care redesign
This is a forward looking post and will evolve. We are expecting the post-holder to take an active part in the development of this role and to help drive emergency care forward.
Our services are clinically led and the post-holder will be expected to develop a close working relationship with other teams and ICP partners to ensure that services are responsive, innovative and provided to the highest possible clinical and performance standards. They will also take forward projects to improve service delivery and patient experience in key areas, and lead on ensuring that all performance and quality targets are met.
