**Working flexibly which will include regular weekends, mornings / afternoons and potentially early evening on a rota basis.**

**The role**

Our Westerleigh Crematorium has hospitality suites and café onsite to serve families that choose to have a wake with us after a service, as well as offering a relaxing space to reflect with a coffee for families visiting a memorial.

You will provide a first-class customer service to our customers when serving food and drinks, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and preparation are maintained.

We prepare and serve many fresh hot / cold and savoury / sweet options and you will also be involved with food preparation in the kitchen so any previous kitchen experience would be beneficial.

You will be fully till trained, and barista trained. We also stock alcoholic beverages.

As part of our busy team, you will ensure that families are given the best customer experience possible.

This role requires flexibility and pulling together as one team to support each other and provide the exceptional care and service that we are known for.

**About you**
- Previous experience working in a Front of House or Back of House Hospitality setting in a café / restaurant / bar / hotel etc as a Waiter / Waitress / Server / Chef / Cook / Kitchen Assistant would be preferred.
- Any previous kitchen experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- We are looking for someone who is a real team player with natural compassion and the desire to make a difference every day.
- Flexible in approach to working hours.
- Comfortable communicator able to speak to people in a caring and understanding manner and provide a first class level of customer service.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
