We're working with an innovative agency in Cambridge, currently going through an extended period of growth who are on the lookout for a new member for their marketplace team. The role can be predominantly home based, though the preference is for somebodywho could spend one or two days per week in the Cambridge office.

We are not just seeking somebody to a job, but somebody to be a potential future member of a senior management team, somebody capable of both performing a duty, but also add to and be involved in the growth of a really exciting and already successful project.

You will be taking the lead on driving clients objectives, strategising, managing and executing campaigns to drive growth and meet the KPI's. You will set up and run successful Amazon Search campaigns, leveraging your expertise, analytics and tooling tocontinuously optimise and improve the campaign performance.

As a key member of the team you will be responsible for multi-million £ campaigns across multiple markets in EMEA and North America. You will take ownership of the planning, implementation, budget management and reporting for your clients. You will workclosely with the agency client managers and content team to work together to meet our client and business goals. You have the ability to attend client meetings and talk through the campaigns that you have deployed and share updates on performance buildinga strong relationship through proactive recommendations and campaign management.

**About You**
- Ideally you will have experience leading Ecommerce businesses, especially Amazon, on either the brand, retailer, or agency side. Other marketplaces would be of interest but are not essential.
- High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritise and execute projects with quality
- Experience managing external relationships to meet mutually beneficial goals
- Solution oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity and figuring out solutions and processes to complex problems
- Comfortable in analysing dashboards and utilising spreadsheets with mastery of basic excel formulas and pivot tables to extract and clearly communicate insights from data

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced an amazon ad professional or PPC professional with amazon exposure to take a position at an innovative organisation going from strength to strength. Due to the location of the company, this position is commutablefrom Peterborough, Cambridge, Sawston, Huntingdon, St Ives, Kings Lynn, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Soham, Corby and St neots.
