As a** Security & Transport Supervisor** at Sodexo in **Sudbury**, you'll ensure the safety of our customers, staff, their buildings and assets. **What you’ll do**:

- To develop excellent working relationships with onsite customers/clients.
- To conduct daily safety Patrols
- Support and control of Traffic management for the site, ensure safety and during operations of transport on site.
- Management of transport and safety whilst on site
- Contact support manager for contractors coming on site ensuring process and procedures are followed and in place.
- To provide regular liaison and timely feedback to site management team on all aspects of security operations and service delivery, implementing effective solutions and corrective actions to enhance the service.
- Assisting in ensuring health and safety protocols around the grounds single track are adhered to
- Provide support to the General Services Manager in leading the Security team

**What you bring**:

- A valid FLT & SIA Licence is essential
- Ability to interact with employees, contractors, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authorities as required.
- Excellent communication and a proven ability to successfully lead a team.
- Experience working within a similar role or the transport/logistics sector
- Ability to engage professionally with stakeholders, with a focus on safety
