Our sister company, In-lane Traffic Management Solutions, have an immediate vacancy for a Full-Time Traffic Management Operative working from our South of England locations. As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be an essential member of our TM team and will assist with all aspects of the traffic management design and delivery.

You must be a resident in the UK at the time of this advertisement and hold necessary paperwork to prove this.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, maintain, amend and take down all traffic management set ups
- Carry out manual control duties of temporary traffic lights as requested
- Carry out traffic management surveys feeding information collected to the TM designers to allow full design
- Maintenance of traffic management equipment including stock levels and tidiness of TM compounds
- Regular TM vehicle checks (daily)
- Any other TM related duties which arise from time to time
- Conforming with all company policies.

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Previous experience within a fast-paced traffic management environment
- Strong problem-solving skills in particular the ability to make appropriate decisions on site regarding traffic management
- Proactively contributes to the team
- Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with civils gangs, clients and Local Authority Officers

**Essential**:

- Full LANTRA qualification to meet requirements of Sector D Traffic management scheme
- Full driving licence (including HGV licence where required)

**Salary and Benefits**

Between £28,000 and £34,000 per annum commensurate with experience. Progression within the company is encouraged, with salary to match performance.
