**Sales Assistant needed for our Villeroy & Boch Bicester Outlet**

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant on a part-time and permanent basis to join our Bicester team. Please note that this outlet is located inside Bicester Village (Unit 146, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester Village, Oxfordshire, OX26 6EU).

**The Role**

The position will include a variety of tasks, so an ability to join in with all aspects of sales and assist in the running of a busy branch is an advantage.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills with all employees and customers
- PC literate - MS Office, Word, Excel essential
- Product knowledge and market awareness would be an advantage
- Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety principles
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy
- Opening and closing of the shop
- Cashing up and taking payments for accounts
- Replacing displays as the products change
- To be comfortable in a 1-1 selling environment
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness on the shop floor and stockroom areas
- Ability to learn (full training will be provided)

Job Type/Contract:

- Permanent
- Part-time
- 16 hours per week
- Salary: up £10.50 per hour depending on experience + performance bonus
