**SENIOR PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR. £32k - £35k/Hybrid**. This role has come about due to a relocation.

What's The Role of Senior Payroll Administrator?
- Based in Leicester you'll be work for an engaging and supportive business, who'll support you in your role.
- You'll be responsible for the day working of the Payroll team.
- To ensure accurate and timely in-house payroll production across the business for over 1,700 staff to be exported to the Payroll bureau
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the businesses external payroll provider
- As access to confidential information is necessary in this role, confidentiality is of the utmost importance to ensure sensitive information is not divulged to unauthorised personnel.
- Be conversant with various IT systems and have the ability to learn new ones
- To keep up to date with various changes in employment legislation from time to time that affect payroll.
- Provide supervision to the team
- Maintain up-to-date employee information on various information systems, ensuring starters, leavers and changes are processed accordingly
- Ensure critical payroll processes are delivered in accordance with internal timetables, including collation, checking, and uploading of payroll information
- Undertaken payroll processes to ensure accurate inputting of overtime, on call, unpaid, sickness, allowances, attachment of earnings etc.
- Communication with managers regarding payroll queries
- Working with the Fleet Coordinator to maintain the Company vehicle list, updating our external vehicle supplier monthly.
- Any other duties relevant to the day-to-day functioning of a busy HR department.
