Teaching Assistant

Teach195. are looking to recruit passionate and enthusiastic Support Workers and Teaching Assistants to support across the fantastic primary schools we are working with across Rochdale.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic Teaching Assistants who are committed to providing the highest quality education for young people across Rochdale.

- The ability to engage with children of all ages and abilities
- Collaborate with school staff regarding progress and learning.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Have good behaviour management skills and adapt quickly to different school environments.
- 1 year of experience working with primary school-aged children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to support young learners' academic and personal development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methods.

Teach195. Have over 75 years combined experience within the Education Recruitment industry. We match skilled educators to roles within local schools. We work with a variety of stakeholders across all education sectors, from recruiting a Nursery Nurse to support in a pre-school setting, through to a Science Teacher to deliver A-level Physics, and everything in between

Pay: £80.00-£90.00 per day
