Finance Business Partner - Trowbridge - Fixed Term Contract (£38,000 - £42,000) ARM are actively seeking a Finance Business Partner to work for our client based in Trowbridge on a Fixed Term Contract. **Responsibilities**: - Preparation and maintenance of monthly management accounts and production of the annual financial statements. - Provide a high-quality support service to decision makers by preparing financial data, carrying out capital expenditure appraisals and NPV calculations as required. - Maintaining the financial integrity of the accounting package including maintenance and development. - Budget monitoring and assisting with the co-ordination and preparation of budgets, key performance indicators, forecasts and the financial plan. - Review cash flow monitoring calculate optimum gift aid payments and tax calculations as required. - Liaise with internal and external auditors as required to enable them to complete their work within agreed timescales. - VAT Calculations and returns - Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required by the Group head of finance or Group finance director. **Requirements**: - Experienced working in a finance environment, working with management accounts, budget setting and treasury management. - Ability to analyse, interpret and present facts and figures ensuring consistency and understanding of the bigger picture. - Ability to work as part of a team but also able to use initiative and work with limited supervision. - Ability to prioritise workloads, set targets, work to deadlines and monitor own performance as well as team performance. - Ability to act tactfully, with discretion and confidentiality.
