As a QHSE Administrator you’ll work as part of the QHSE team providing a key administrative support function that will assist in the delivery of a cohesive, efficient and secure QHSSE transactional service to all parts of the UK business.

You’ll support with the organisation and management of centralised databases holding compliance records, as well as supporting the team in general day-to-day administration of the department.
**Key Accountabilities;**
- Work closely with UK QHSSE Business Partners and the UK Facilities Manager to actively track and chase follow-ups on outstanding actions and activities.
- Monitor and maintain record management systems related to the SGS buildings to ensure that they are up to date, available and organised in order to support successful audit and ongoing compliance.
- Maintain the UK QHSSE supplier assessment database through the issue and recovery of supplier questionnaires to ensure that the central supplier approved supply list always reflects work in progress.
- Assist in the compilation of QHSSE information packs required by external customers in relation to tender responses.
- Respond to queries whenever possible or distribute to the correct members of the team or other departments within SGS UK to ensure queries are responded to quickly and customer satisfaction is maintained.

**Qualifications**:
You’ll have the ability to work to tight deadlines and previous experience of handling telephone queries, responding and redirecting where necessary, in an efficient manner.

Experience working in a secure and confidential environment and working with QHSSE systems/databases would be advantageous.

**Excellent working knowledge of Office 365
- The ability to work in a secure and confidential manner which is required within a QHSSE department.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to deal with colleagues at various levels within the organisation.
- English Language and Maths GCSE/'O' Level, or equivalent, grades A-C.
