**Job Title: Teaching Assistant**

**Location**: Pontypridd Area, UK

Are you passionate about education and making a positive impact on young minds? We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Pontypridd area.

**Role Overview**:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of primary school students. Working closely with teachers, you will assist in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Support students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND), ensuring their access to the curriculum and participation in classroom activities.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
- Help to maintain a safe and organized learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one year of experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school setting.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Knowledge of primary school curriculum and teaching methods.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to meeting the diverse needs of students.
