**Overview**:

- An experienced Financial Adviser is required to work from home with leads generated via a team of incentivised employed and self-employed mortgage brokers, as well as having access to the existing client database.

- Between £45,000 - £60,000 year 1, £85,000+ in year 2

**Main Duties**:

- An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced wealth adviser/independent financial adviser or possessing the diploma qualification to join a well-respected estate agency chain in the Sussex area. You will be required to work alongside the existingteam of mortgage brokers and sales negotiators and service the company’s existing database of clients that have been built up over the past 20 years, offering advice in terms of protection, pensions, savings, and investments. Our client offers the successfulfinancial adviser to a massive largely untapped client database.
- You will have the option to either work from home, the head office, or one of the local offices to contact and serve the companies client bank. In return, you will receive an excellent commission split.
- As well as access to the existing client base, our client has an established team of mortgage brokers who carry out detailed in depth fact finds and highlight to the clients their need for advice on pensions, as well as savings and investments. The mortgagebrokers are financially incentivised to refer quality leads to you.
- As an experienced wealth adviser, you will offer pension, savings, and investment advice to match the client’s needs.

**Key Skills**:

- Applications will only be considered from fully diploma qualified experienced financial advisers a good track record of providing regulated and professional financial advice covering protection, pensions, savings, and investments.
- Ideally you will have access to your own clients and contacts to be able to review their financial situation.
- Our client offers an increased commission splits for any business that is self-generated.
