Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Weymouth, provides support for people with **Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries. **We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs.

**As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including**
- Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
- Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
- Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

**Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development**
