An exciting opportunity has arisen for a personable Assistant Building Surveyor to join the friendly team of a growing Building Surveying Consultancy in Manchester.
**The Assistant Building Surveyor role**
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be working within the commercial, residential and industrial sectors on projects ranging from £10,000 - £4.5M.
The role also consists of professional services including pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, condition surveys, party wall, defect analysis and design.
This role is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to take that next challenge within a close-knit team at a growing consultancy.
**The Assistant Building Surveyor**
- A Degree in Building Surveying
- Ideally Chartered or looking to complete APC
- Eager to develop their career
**Experience**:
- At least one years' experience working within a Building Surveying Consultancy role
- Experience within the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors
- Professional services experience
- Project delivery experience
