Contract Scotland is excited to be recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a well-established contractor, within their FM division. You will be based in the Glasgow office with a strong pipeline of work, working alongside the commercial team.

This company work on interesting framework projects across the central belt specialising in various sectors such as retail, and commercial fit out and many more.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be expected to control company expenditure, measure progress, submit valuations, submit final accounts & retention, release & monitor receipt of payment in a timely manner in accordance with the company contracts.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proven Facilities Management Experience within the construction sector
- Problem solver who takes ownership of tasks and sees them through
- Work Independently or as part of a team
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written & communication skills
- Good commercial awareness
