**Position Overview**:
As the Procurement Administrator, you will work within the Procurement function to support the ongoing administration and compliance of our supply chain. You will be responsible for report writing and fact checking across the procurement function supporting in areas such as travel, supplier spend and sustainability. You will work closely with the senior procurement coordinators to support across the function covering annual leave and peaks in delivery levels.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Support the wider Procurement team in day to day admin tasks

Manage supplier spend reports for the wider team

Deputise for systems managers as administrator for the systems used within the team, learning and understanding the full functionality of the systems, collating development notes and problem solving system functionality

Support the team with the preferred supplier lists in line with the procurement policy

Be the point of contact for the business on Procurement System enquiries Liaising with the wider business to provide process updates of new onboard requests

Working collaboratively with other internal teams to ensure compliance with GDPR and our ISO certification requirements and internal processes

Keep accurate records of departmental meetings and action management

Support supplier training for both of our procurement and travel systems

Support the Procurement Lead in preparations for ongoing ISO certifications audits

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**:
Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

Excellent data manipulation, review and reporting skills specifically using Excel

Conscientious with a positive can-do attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good organisation and time management skills

Computer literate - competency with the MS Office suite - Excel, Word and Outlook with ability to learn new programs quickly

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively throughout the organisation

**Desirable**:
Previous experience of Procurement systems

Previous experience of ISO certification requirements

Previous experience within the event industry

A keen interest in sustainable practises
