**The Role**: We are seeking a passionate and versatile Project Lead to join our Operations team. This is a customer focussed, co-ordinating our internal teams to meet multiple customer requirements through operational, technical and commercial control over the onboarding of new customers and products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering the pre-production requirements from clients into Tharsus and support operationally ongoing customer accounts.
- Provide an entrepreneurial approach to business and business development. Securing new opportunities with existing customers in discussion with Account Management and functional leadership.
- Provide technical leadership for products including developing onboarding plans, strategies and driving the engineering change process.
- Provide assistance for budget development and support for subcontract selection.
- Support the development and execution of commercial claims including business development, tendering activity and project negotiations.
