**Job description**:

- Liaising with tenants on a daily basis providing excellent customer service
- Organising works to be carried out in tenants homes
- Liaising with various trades on work that needs carrying out
- Organising work schedules
- Dealing with any complaints
- Chasing any overdue invoices

**Person specification**:

- Must have TLO experience
- Ideally social housing background but not essential
- Must have own transport as may be required to go to various sites

Pay: Can be PAYE or umbrella
