_**Overview**:_

An opportunity has arisen to join our Electrical Contracting Company based in Standish, Wigan. Having been established since 1999 the Company has grown from strength to strength and is expanding the team.

We are now looking for a Electrical Administrator / Coordinator who will be responsible for leading on all aspects of Solar PV projects to work alongside our existing office team.
- **Responsibilities include**:_
- Coordinating Solar PV projects and ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Diary management and arranging appointments for engineers
- Providing technical support and guidance to team members
- Uploading electrical certification
- Managing project files
- Dealing with incoming call from clients, suppliers, and residents
- General office administration
- Supporting the on-site Electricians, ordering materials, allocating jobs
- arranging prior access with tenants/customers
- **Preferred Experience**:_
- Experience of Solar PV administration
- Experience of working in an administrative role within the trade industry
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in related fields would be advantageous
- Confident enough to deal with queries from the public and clients
- Team player but able to use own initiative
- Fantastic organisational skills

Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour annualised at £26,000.00 per year

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
