**Company Background**

Homer Property Developments is a growing real-estate development and investment company. Recently expanded into the field of sales through Homer Estates, we are offering a position for an accounts administrator/bookkeeper to support both companies. The role in offering combined our search for a further estate agent will be key components to continue the company's growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Producing monthly accounts for Homer Estates
- Producing accounts for each property development for Homer Estates
- Assisting with the general administration throughout the two business
- VAT returns
- Bank Reconciliations

**Required Skill**s
- Strong level of proficiency with computer tools with an ability to adapt to different software; we use Xero/Sage, Microsoft Suite but predominantly Excel, and Pivot Tables.
- Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to create excellent relationships to ensure the business achieves defined goals and targets.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience within the property industry
