Cleaner

Rising Stars Property Solutions CIC is set up to provide work experience, Training and Employment opportunities to disadvantaged groups. We do this by providing Property services to the Construction and Social Housing Sector.

We have the position open for an afternoon Cleaner to work in the Bloxwich area of Walsall three days a week.

Monday for 2 hours - Wednesday for 2 hours and Friday 2 hours - Morning between 5am-7am

It can be done on alternative evening ready for the staff to have a clen office to work within on Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning.

Job duties:

- Maintaining a high level of cleaning ethics
- Preparing an efficient cleaning routine
- Using general cleaning equipment and chemicals efficiently and accurately
- Cleaning all sanitary appliances, fittings, and areas on a daily basis
- Replenishing towels, soaps, and toilet rolls when required
- Sweeping, mop, and polishing floors in designated areas
- Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Immediately notifying the management of occurring deficiencies or requirements for repairs
- Keeping all public spaces or environment neat and tidy
- Cleaning glass surfaces, mirrors, and windows

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
