Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for an approachable and enthusiastic **Receptionist** to join our team.

You will work on reception and administer reservations for Twr y Felin, Roch Castle and Penrhiw from the central location of Twr y Felin Hotel. Daily tasks include:

- Provide a smooth delivery of service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure guest feedback is recorded effectively.
- Have knowledge of activities in the local area so you can recommend these to the guests.

**To successfully fill this role, you should ideally have**:

- Good organisational skills.
- Genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Possess a can-do attitude.
