**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our small team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. **Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
