Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Joining the Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Payaras message reaches all four corners of the globe You will be working cross functionally with People, Sales and Engineering teams to curate, create and publish Payaras unique selling points. In this role you will use your existing knowledge to assist with taking our brand to the next level, we have a 30% up target year on year and you will play an exciting and pivotal role in this.

- Brand Management: Maintain and promote Payara's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Social Media Management: Create social media content, manage social media platforms, and interact with the audience to build and maintain a positive online presence.
- Event Management: Plan and execute all internal and external marketing events and conferences
- Attendance of up to 6 international events and conferences per year

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- 3 years' experience in similar role
- Proven experience using HubSpot
- 3 years' experience in Brand Management
- Strong communicator in both spoken and written English language
- Content Creation experience
- Social Media Management
- Internal and external Event Management experience
**Desirable Skills & Knowledge**
- Wordpress experience

- Project Management: Effective project management skills are necessary to plan and execute campaigns, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising, is important in today's marketing landscape.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Brand Management: Ability to understand and maintain brand consistency and integrity across all communication materials.
- Event management and coordination skills are needed to handle team building events internally and external events for customers or prospects.
- Managing sponsorships, conferences and exhibitions
