Interim HR Operations Partner

Sutton in Ashfield - 4 days on site with the option to work from home 1 day per week.

My client who is a successful manufacturer are keen to attract a generalist HR Advisor/Business Partner with strong employee relations exposure and HR Reporting systems as well as experience of delivering HR requirements by building successful relationships with Managers and their Employee population.

Duties within the role:

- You will be responsible for managing all HR processes relating to 100 operational employees (70 of them sitting within a factory setting)
- Accountable for delivering tasks and projects across the recruitment, employee relations, performance/capability management and reward
- Coach managers and employees
- Lead operational talent reviews in conjunction with the leadership team
- Promote continuous improvement
- Projects to support with review of HR business processes, systems and technology
- Prepare and analyse key metrics for the monthly HR Operating Review

My client would love to attract a HR professional who has worked their up and has a strong generalist HR skillset, as well as previous experience working at Advisor/Business Partner level. You will be CIPD level 3 qualified as a minimum with experience of managing ER case loads and varied day to day workload. It would be ideal if you have experience working within manufacturing or similar.
