**Role - Recruitment Consultant**

**Location - Bristol**

**Package - £22K - £25K basic salary plus commission - (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in Bristol within a well-established company, famous for working with the best software vendors on the planet. They aim to be the number one recruiter for IT Sales & IT Technical teams for fast-growth Software& Technology Companies. Our client operates within a highly lucrative market, average fees are £21- £25K. The current headcount is 50, talented recruiters across 3 offices, they have huge growth plans and are now looking for their next high performers to buildout their new London team. **The Role**:

- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Researching your market
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Building a personal brand in your chosen market
- Attending networking events
- Closing new business

**The Requirements**:

- 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 years sales experience or 3 - 6 months recruitment experince
- Excellent organisational skills
- Financially motivated
- Great communication skills
- String work ethic
- Competitive and ambitious
