Are you passionate about driving and exploring new destinations? We're looking for a full-time coach driver to join our team, providing exciting tours across Ireland and the UK. If you're dedicated to delivering exceptional service, ensuring passenger safety, and making every journey memorable, we want you on board

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- ** Safe and Efficient Driving**: Ensure the safe, timely, and smooth transportation of passengers to various destinations across the UK and Ireland. Adhere to all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company procedures to guarantee a secure journey.
- ** Route Planning and Navigation**: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for each tour, considering road conditions, traffic, and passenger preferences. Use GPS and maps to navigate to destinations, ensuring timely arrivals.
- ** Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers, helping with luggage, and addressing any questions or concerns. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour to ensure a positive experience for all passengers.
- ** Vehicle Maintenance and Safety Checks**:Conduct regular pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the coach is in optimal condition. Report any mechanical issues promptly and ensure the vehicle is clean, comfortable, and safe for passengers.
- ** Tour Commentary and Guidance**: For specific tours, offer informative commentary about landmarks, history, and points of interest. Engage passengers with interesting facts and ensure they are well-informed about the journey and destinations.
- ** Managing Timelines and Schedules**: Maintain punctuality by sticking to scheduled departure and arrival times, while being flexible to accommodate changes when necessary. Ensure passengers are kept informed about any schedule adjustments.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with tour guides, other drivers, and the operations team to ensure a smooth and coordinated travel experience. Communicate any issues or concerns to the management team as needed.
- ** Passenger Comfort and Well-being**: Ensure passengers are comfortable throughout the journey, making stops as needed for rest and refreshment breaks. Monitor passenger behaviour and provide assistance when necessary to maintain a pleasant environment.
- ** Compliance with Regulations**: Ensure adherence to all relevant transport regulations, including driver hours, driving time limits, and rest periods, to ensure the safety and legality of the operation.

**Knowledge, skills and experience required**
- Up to date documents: CPC Card, Driver's License, Digi Card & Passport
- Access NI or equivalent for Scotland/UK
- Previous experience with coach driving
