**Medical Records Administrator |Tunbridge Wells | Full Time**
Spire Tunbridge Wells have an opportunity for a Medical Records Administrator to join our team, on a full time basis. Spire Tunbridge Wells is a 36 bedded acute hospital situated in rural Kent, located within five miles of Royal Tunbridge Wells and on the boundaries of West Sussex. The hospital offers a range of services and facilities including two operating theatres, a sterile services department, a dedicated endoscopy suite, and a diagnostic and imaging department with an MRI and CT scanner. **Please note that due to the rural location of our hospital you must have access to your own transport**
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Variety of tasks - taking and collecting notes and gathering patient files and data for clinics
- You will liaise with colleagues to support the logistics of gathering and providing paper files
- On occasion you may support with Ward Administration also
- Remain compliant with GDPR and support the facilitation of SAR requests
- Undertaking archiving duties on a regular basis

- A personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- High degree of accuracy in administration
- Great communication skills at all levels
