Apprentice Hairdresser

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Hairdressers to join our vibrant salon team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hair and eager to kickstart their careers in the hairdressing industry. As an apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced stylists, gaining hands-on experience while learning the art and science of hairdressing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Senior Stylists: Support senior stylists in all aspects of hairdressing, including washing, blow-drying, and preparing clients for services.
- Learning and Development: Participate actively in on-the-job training and attend off-site educational sessions to develop your skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and more.
- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for all clients, ensuring their needs are met during their salon experience.
- Salon Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including sanitizing tools and equipment, sweeping floors, and ensuring workstations are tidy.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about and assist in recommending salon products to clients, understanding their benefits and uses.
- Booking and Administration: Assist with client bookings, schedule management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with all team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive workplace environment.

- Passion for Hairdressing: A genuine interest in hairdressing and the fashion/beauty industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13,000.00 per year
