Sia Door Supervisor

SAFECROWDS are looking for an experienced **Door Supervisor** with excellent customer service skills to join our team at a destination venue in Greenwich. We can offer regular hours, sociable hours (the latest we finish is 11:15pm) and the chance to work with a great team of people.

**Role description**
- **RESPONSIBILTIES **_
- Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and venue-specific policies.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property.
- Conduct efficient and thorough ID checks to verify the identity and legal age of customers.
- Carry out thorough searches in accordance with SIA regulations.
- Control entry and exit points.
- Manage any conflict or disturbances diplomatically and use de-escalation techniques to prevent situations from escalating.
- Maintain constant vigilance to identify potential threats, unauthorised entry, or suspicious behaviour, and take the necessary actions to address them.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the client to ensure a safe environment.
- Prevent and manage conflicts or disturbances effectively, ensuring a calm and safe atmosphere.
- Report incidents and write detailed incident reports as required.

- You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other venue staff, clients and their customers.
- **REQUIREMENTS**_
- Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor License
- Be able to provide a 5-year work/school history
- Have previous Door Supervisor experience
