Sensory Panel Leader

Quorn are currently recruiting a Sensory Panel Leader to join our Consumer & Sensory Science function based in Stokesley.
**What you'll be responsible for**:
You will be responsible for the design & execution of sensory research projects**, s**upporting product development and quality assurance initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse sensory data, providing actionable insights that guide decision-making in the wider business.
Managing the trained sensory panel, you'll drive a high-performance sensory panel programme to ensure we are hitting panel KPIs and maintaining an engaged and motivated panel. This will involve creating and facilitating panel sessions within our dedicated sensory, ensuring that we're measuring what matters in sensory research to enable reliable and actionable insights to the business.
The role will be based on-site in Stokesley at least 80% of the working week.
**What experience you'll need to have**:
- Understanding of basic sensory science principles
- Excellent communication and group leadership skills, able to motivate and work effectively with large groups
- Ability to create reports in a timely manner, with clear and actionable insights
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages, with intermediate skills on Microsoft Excel in particular
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with flexibility to adapt quickly whilst still maintaining attention to detail and scientific rigor
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet - you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn
**The recruitment process**:

**2nd Stage** - on-site interview and tour of sensory facilities
