**About the role**:

As Midweight Digital Content Creative, your role sits within the Global Brand Marketing team. We are a team of passionate creatives and copywriters that embody our mission to empower women. We're about to embark on our next phase of evolution with new products, new digital experiences and new ways to talk to women. We work in collaboration with marketing teams across both global and local markets - working together to ensure our creative is on point every time, whether it's our sassy tone of voice, a head turning campaign or thumb stopping social activation that breaks taboos and empowers women.

**Location**: Hybrid working; a mix of working from our Bristol or London office & working remotely

**Employment type**: Permanent (please note, you must have the right to work in the UK)

**What you’ll be doing at Elvie**:

- Work with the Creative and Content and Community teams to conceptualise, develop and crucially, deliver Global, thumb-stopping campaigns throughout the year. Ensuring consistent quality and adherence to our brand guidelines.
- Design and deliver creative and engaging content across our digital channels - our website (including 3rd party retailers) and paid digital advertising, as well as our social calendar, focusing on telling stories that really connect with our burgeoning community - including our new podcast.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts that ladder up to brand DNA.
- Creative work for project briefs from delivering global promotional campaigns to reactive multi-channel campaigns.
- Responsible for supporting the creative team on a day-to-day basis.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to the wider creative team and marketing team.
- File Organization: Maintain our DAM system, ensuring files are easily accessible and well-controlled for versioning, facilitating team collaboration.
- Artwork of projects following existing brand guidelines to keep the brand consistent.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience of the creative and delivery of digital content with breadth of experience across social - both static and animated.
- A big picture person with great ideas, whether written down, scamped on paper or visualised on screen, with a natural propensity to push and explore ideas beyond the norm evidenced from previous campaign creation and delivery
- An articulate communicator, able to get your ideas across clearly and work with a wide-ranging audience
- Creative thinker with the ability to push ideas
- Thriving in Deadlines: Excelling under pressure, you accurately estimate time, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
