We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Housekeeping and Linen Room as Valet / Linen Attendant.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Pressing/Ironing equipment to be used in accordance with specification, design and risk assessment
- To liaise with the senior housekeeper on duty and laundry to follow and deliver delayed or missing items
- To ensure dockets/bills are completed correctly and correct charges are put on to guests bills in time for payment on their departure
- To carry out repair work and remove stains from guests clothing without risk of damage
- To carry out room moves, also packing and unpacking when required to do so
- To ensure all lost property is handed in to the housekeepers office and recorded

**ENTRY REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
