**About us**:
EDHEC is looking for a senior researcher in finance to join a team working on private investments and develop and present new research valorising unique and important financial and non-financial data on unlisted infrastructure and other private assets, includingequity and debt investments that EDHEC has collected and created during the past 5 years.

**Objectives**

Creating original research papers and use cases that are relevant to investors and regulators on the topics of private asset investment including infrastructure and private equity, focusing on valuation, risk and portfolio topics.
Producing regular (monthly) short research notes and position papers on policy
- and investment-relevant topics in relation with private equity and infrastructure investment
Contributing to responses to regulatory consultations by prudential and economic regulators on private investment topics including illiquid asset valuation, investments by private funds and ESG reporting.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of ESG topics and regulations pertaining to private assets
Strong knowledge of investment practices (risk management, liability-driven investment) of pension plans and insurers and experience in the asset management industry
Proven track record of high-quality written work including published articles in the professional and mainstream press
Excellent oral presentation skills and a taste for pedagogy and educating market participants
Advanced degree in finance (PhD not essential but can be an asset)
Strong coding skills (R, Python) and quantitative skills
