We have permanent opportunities for** Multi Trade Carpenters** to join our thriving** Capital **unit, where you’ll be part of an established and friendly direct trades team working within residential properties throughout the Powys areas, complete essential kitchen and bathroom fitting work for our reputable social housing clients.

**The Multi Trade Carpenter role**:

- Also undertaking first and second fix installation projects including kitchen and bathroom fitting, as well as undertaking other minor works in plumbing, patch plastering and tiling
- The ability to work professionally and demonstrate excellent customer service skills within people’s homes, including vulnerable settings
- Working individually and sometimes as part of a trade team, whilst always working to complete targets.

**What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter?**
- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Carpentry or similar professional body is desirable - extensive experience is also considered
- Demonstrable previous experience refurbishment works in a domestic setting
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Carpenter role, with the use of your own vehicle, and the ability to claim travel expenses.
