**Job Overview**:
This is an exciting opportunity to learn the specialist trade of shutter and blind carpentry. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both manufacturing and installing a range of interior window coverings. Working closely with skilled professionals, you'll develop essential carpentry and fitting skills while contributing to high-standard project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the measuring, cutting, and assembly of shutters and blinds.
- Support the installation team on-site, learning safe and precise fitting methods
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment
- Handle tools and materials safely and correctly
- Attend training sessions and work towards completing an approved apprenticeship qualification
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Follow all health and safety procedures

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Interest in carpentry, joinery, or interior fittings
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools (training provided)
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in a hands-on environment
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential

Pay: £8.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 21 per week
