What You’ll Be Doing
You'll manage the first 7 days of the customer journey, ensuring new clients receive a seamless onboarding experience. This includes configuring internal systems, coordinating third-party integrations (like DocuSign, Twilio, and HR platforms), managing bolt-on tech requests, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records — all while keeping communication clear and professional.
What We’re Looking For
Organised and detail-oriented
Strong communicator (written & verbal)
Experience in onboarding or customer coordination is a plus
