Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting if required
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or other specific needs
- Offer childcare services when needed

**MUST HAVE**:
**Either Pashto Speaking or Farsi Speaking**

**Skills**:

- Experience in home care or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus
- Ability to prepare meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transportation assistance
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
