We are looking for skilled factory operatives to work for our client based in Grantham on a permanent basis. You will be working for a well-known food manufacturing company with training provided.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

The below roles are available:
Line Controller, £11.65/£12.65: Responsible for the process area of the line, carrying out quality control checks, completing the correct paperwork, physical role including regular heavy lifting

Bagger Machine Operative, £11.65/£12.65: Responsible for the packing area of the line, ensuring that the bagging machine is in working order and other packaging equipment, manual handling is a regular part of this role

Machine Minder, £10.65/11.65: Setting up and operating machines, ensuring the product has the correct labels and packaging, completing production checks and documents regularly

Mixing room operative, £10.65/11.65: Regular manual handling and lifting, decanting ingredients into designated weights, operating multiple machines

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £10.65-£12.65 per hour
