**About the role**

We have an incredible opportunity for an SEN Teaching Assistant role in one of our lovely schools based in Stroud. This role would be on a permanent, part-time basis and would require the individual start ASAP. The school are looking for someone with SEN experience.

**Your role will include**:

- Supporting the students with their learning
- Managing behaviours effectively
- Adapting methods of teaching and support to the students needs
- Promoting good progress and outcomes
- Create a safe and positive environment for the student

**What the client is looking for**:
The school is looking for a caring and positive individual for this role to support students with SEN. Patience and resilience are key qualities to have for this role as there could be challenging behaviour at times. The school’s ethos is focussed on encouraging students to respect one another in order to create a safe learning environment, so the ability to adhere to this is key.

**Working with Long-term Teachers**

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
