**Additional Responsibilities**:

- ** Form Tutor**: Take on the responsibility of form tutor, overseeing the academic, pastoral, and well-being needs of assigned students, including the management of Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
- ** Cover & Supervision**: In cases of unforeseen absence, provide cover for other staff as needed, ensuring the continuity of learning.
- ** School Community Engagement**: Make a positive contribution to the ethos, values, and overall success of the school, engaging actively in school-wide initiatives.
- ** Support Staff Supervision**: Effectively direct and supervise assigned support staff and, where appropriate, fellow teaching colleagues, ensuring that they are aligned with teaching objectives.
- ** Resource Management**: Manage allocated budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are deployed to support student progress and achievement.
- ** Adherence to Policies**: Abide by the school’s policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism, attendance, and punctuality.
