We are looking for focused, motivated and ambitious Graduates who want to pursue a career in deal making to join the team here at Altius Group. You will be working as part of a team within one of our brands and acquiring knowledge in a range of sectors in which we sell businesses. You will work alongside sales negotiators gaining hands on experience to develop and progress into a Sales Broker role. The Company will provide in-depth training in a range of negotiation and selling skills which will ensure you are equipped to develop your career within the Group.

This role will follow the full journey of a business sale starting with the initial administration process of receiving an instruction to managing a portfolio of clients through the marketing process to the completion of the sale. You will learn and develop through each process to ensure you have a full understanding of both the customer and buyer journey and an in-depth knowledge of the sales process.

**What do you need?**
- Graduated with (or predicted) a 2:2 or higher
- Someone who is excited by Sales and who wants to be a deal maker and deliver excellent customer results
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Comfortable working as part of a small team
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to connect with clients, buyers and colleagues naturally
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent face to face communication skills
- A proactive and bright individual with a hands-on mindset who likes to deliver solutions
- Computer literate
- Excellent organisational skills
- Intelligence combined with an ability to absorb and digest information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
