Fantastic new contract opportunity for an experienced Cloud Cyber Security Engineer with strong AWS skills required to join this market leading financial services business based in Cirencester to help them deliver a range of cyber security projects.
You will work within the Cyber Security team, working independently as well as within the larger function, across some of the most forward-looking cyber projects within the business. This role will involve providing specialist cloud cyber security engineeringexpertise within projects, working with security teams and SMEs across the business to ensure standards are met or surpassed.
**Skills Required**:
- Proven experience within a similar Cloud Cyber Security Engineering position.
- Must have strong AWS security skills, Azure experience is an advantage.
- Must understand native security services and log sources available in the cloud. Knowledge of integration into a SIEM an advantage.
- Able to prepare solution documentation to support ongoing security operations.
- Knowledge of day-to-day operations of a cyber security team, able to contribute to investigation and remediation of security operations issues.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance to other team members on cloud security principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-code languages and practices advantageous.
- Knowledge of Serverless and ML services advantageous.
