**Sales Trainer & Enablement Program Manager EMEA**

We have a new opportunity for a sales focused individual with background experience within training and development to join a global organisation in London and work as a key member of their global Learning Delivery team supporting the sales function acrossEMEA.

This is an exciting time to join the organisation as their EMEA operation is rapidly expanding. Within this role you will be the Program Manager for EMEA for a Sales division, interacting with VP's and senior managers to identify their challenges to successand areas in need of training - you will be tasked with identifying a suitable vendor and following up on the effectiveness of the sales training.

**Background Experience**
- A solid background working as a sales trainer / sales enablement
- Experience designing and delivering training programs - with a focus on sales
- Ideally you will have worked within a global tech company and understand the challenges of tech sales.
- Experience supporting learning across the EMEA region
- Able to conduct training needs analysis

The role offers a highly competitive salary in the region of £ 75-80K per year
