Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a **self-motivated, hands-on individual with a can-do attitude** to join our team in a flexible, part-time role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with bikes and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused technician to join our workshop as a **PPF Installer for bicycle frames**. This part-time role involves fitting high-precision paint protection film kits — such as **RideWrap or Invisiframe** — to mountain and e-mountain bikes.

This is a **hands-on, technical position** that requires a clean, accurate finish and efficient turnaround. Experience working with paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, or automotive detailing is **highly beneficial**, even if it’s not bike-specific.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install pre-cut PPF kits (e.g. **RideWrap, Invisiframe**) to high-end bike frames with a professional, bubble-free finish
- Maintain an organised, clean workspace and manage your own install flow
- Communicate clearly with the team on job status, turnaround times, or issues during fitting
- Conduct post-install quality checks for bubbles, lifting edges, and accurate alignment

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience with PPF, vinyl wraps, tinting, or fine-detail adhesive film work is **preferred**:

- Excellent attention to detail and care in handling expensive frames and paintwork
- Confident working with tools like squeegees, heat guns, isopropyl sprays, and cleaning agents
- Able to work to efficient timeframes without compromising finish quality
- Strong mechanical awareness - bike industry experience is a bonus but not essential
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
