Partner Financial are working with an international professional services organisation with a strong foothold in the global market operating across 70 countries worldwide, with a £15M turnover. The team has excelled throughout the pandemic with new appointmentsacross every area of the business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing the work of the different legal entities globally
- Ensuring the coordination among entities, so the different processes are aligned
- Working as a connection point between client’s representatives, subsidiaries and regional offices, facilitating communication
- Liaising with different stakeholders to identify good practices and global priorities
- Working in the development of performance KPIs and global targets
- Supporting management teams with the implementation of identified good practices
- MBA qualification or equivalent
- At least 5 years of work experience in business development and/or strategy
- Proven track record of developing partnerships across different cultures and nationalities
- Extensive understanding of the international legal and copyright framework
- A proactive and self-driven individual, with a strong business acumen
