The Commercial Delivery team will maximise commercial and operational value through the delivery of key elements of the overall commercial proposition across all brands and channels.

The Trading Process Owner will lead a team of 3 x C4 Trading Process controllers who will oversee changes to process, system changes and service requests; Monitor operational service delivery, working with the SBS to escalate issues and risks as required and review and resolve issues escalated by the BPO.

**What you need to do**:
Work in partnership with the BPO and retained teams to ensure the successful delivery of outsourced and retained services within agreed budgets.

Lead and develop a highly engaged, high performing team of 3 x C4 Trading Process Controllers

End to end process ownership for several Trading Processes, including Price and Promotions, Product Data, and Trading Operations.

Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings through process efficiencies and align with BPO, SBS and Retained teams to ensure sign off.

Manage large scale and complex issues through to resolution. Ensure the safe and legal operation of core trading systems.

Influence and educate Food Commercial Division and teams on how best to work with a BPO operations.
