**Warehouse Operations Manager (12 Months)**

**Cast have partnered with a well-established production business based in Reading.**

**Who are looking to strengthen its senior management team with the recruitment of an experienced Sales & Warehouse Manager.**

**The Sales & Warehouse Manager will take on the responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Sales and Warehouse teams.**

**What we need from you?**
**Required skills**:

- Experience of working within a warehouse environment.
- Experience managing incoming sales via website & telephone
- Strong customer service skills
- Creating Reports
- Knowledge of warehouse/ stock management systems.
- Proven experience of supervising / managing a team
- Experience of disciplinary / grievance procedures.
- A good communicator both verbal and written
- Excellent PC skills
- A flexible team-based approach
- General awareness of health and safety

**Remuneration**
£35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
