**Position Overview**
Metrea’s Solutions Group exists to support the entire life-cycle of our Solutions - gestating them first as ideas and then cultivating them as they grow from prospects into programmes. It does this whilst being led by and coupled to our Solution Framework and by close cooperation between the Solution Architecting and Commercial business capabilities.
As an Associate within Solution Architecting, you will be working closely with the Head of Solution Architecting, as well as the Solutions Tooling and Training teammates to support and augment our solution Designing and Developing activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of robust workflows and processes for Metrea's solution Designing and Developing activities
- Support the wider roll out and adoption of these processes across the enterprise
- Manage and coordinate certain aspects of Solutions Architecting activities, including Solution Design workshops and Training. This entails adeptly managing multiple calendars, liaising with stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and proactively adjusting schedules as needed.
- Support the development and enterprise-wide adoption of fit-for-purpose tooling for our Solution Framework execution
- Support all aspects of the growth and day-to-day operations of the Solutions Group
**Skills and Experience**
- Keen interest in the field of global aviation, aerospace and more broadly in defence, along with the associated missions, assets, technologies and operations. Degree in International Relations or Defence Studies is considered a plus.
- Proven ability to liaise and communicate to a high level of effectiveness with teammates and customers.
- Intellectually curious, with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, and ability to anticipate and address scheduling complexities in a dynamic work environment.
**Technical Skills**
- Microsoft 365 suite
- Software adaptability:
- Demonstrated ability to swiftly acquire proficiency in diverse software platforms (e.g. project management & collaboration platforms, databases, presentation and visualisation software)
- Ability to process, visualise and present data in a variety of digital platforms
